What to wear for a Music festival #2016

HELLOOOOOO!

There is a reason behind the escalated Hello on this silent Sunday evening. Exactly 6 days from now, Chandigarh is going to experience the biggest open air music festival in its history! We cannot thank the kickass organizers ” GAAH ” enough for it.

Boys and girls, mark your calendars and put multiple alarms to reach on time for Nucleya’s second album launch “RAJA BAJA” in your very own city.  Hop over here: NUCLEYA – RAJA BAJA LAUNCH  for all the event details. Rush now to book your tickets.

Girls! Come closer and pay attention. As Spangle Street hops on board as the official Lifestyle Partner for the event, allow me to take away all the fashion worries far far away.

I know you have already scanned through your closet with closed doors to think about what to wear for the biggest music launch in the city. Keep scrolling below as I throw a few looks at you. You can take these ideas and fit that into your own original style. Let’s make this bigger, better and utterly stylish.

Rule No.1 – CHUCK YOUR HEELS as far as possible.

You don’t want to topple amid 2000 people. Do you? The music fest is organised in an open air-chilled out environment. It’s not Oscars. Keep those fine sky highs nicely tucked in your closet and get your sneaker game on! Another option, rock those boots with your classic denims and you will be one happy woman hopping around.

Denim jacket: H&M

Black skater dress: Zara

Bag: Zara

Sneakers: TOPSHOP

Rule No.2 – Boyfriend jeans? Yes please.

If you were lucky enough to attend music festivals around the globe, you would know how you could possibly end up with a bruised knee and cramped neck. While you can’t help the head banging to crazy bass music, you can at least make sure to feel super comfortable in your attire. Grab your bf jeans and add some fun accessories.

Casual top, Bf denims and leather jacket: Zara

Nude flats: H&M

Rule No.3 Keep a handy bag in hand

It’s going to be a long night. You need to make sure you have all your goodies intact in your bag. Tissues, safety pins, wallets and touch up mini pouches- everything! Keep them in a cute sling or carry a casual handbag that acts as a hero accessory to your look.

Ribbed top: H&M

Denims: Zara

Boots: Promod

Sling bag: Store Untold

Rule No.4 Calm down with the highlighter

It’s going to be dark with crazy lights all over. You can keep it light with the makeup and avoid eye stinging highlighters on your face. Instead, you can rock a minimal look with a classic cat eye or statement red lips with your otherwise, super casual outfit.

Red lipstick: MAC ‘Ruby Woo’

Liquid sketch eyeliner: Colossal Sketch liner

Rule No.5 Have fun (please!)

Remember, not everybody gets to wake up and go for an open air music fest in their very own city. Grab your drinks and keep that smile on. Have loads of fun and make this night a memorable one.

Tartan oversized shirt: Bershka

Culottes: Zara

White sneakers: TOPSHOP

Tshirt maxi: Splash

Tan sandals: Zara

Brown oversized bag: Mango

Stay tuned on my Instagram page to see more of these looks everyday for the next 5 days.

Stay happy. Stay stylish.

Love and peace

I am afraid to let you know that it’s very pleasant in my city. Pleasant enough for a faux leather 🙂
